AI Training & Setup
AI training & setup for food & beverage teams
One day, your accounts, your real workflows. You end the day with AI configured for your team, at least one automation live, and a prioritized roadmap of what to automate next.
Who this is for
Food & beverage teams that keep hearing they should "use AI" and want it actually working, on their own accounts, before anyone leaves the room:
- Makers and small food manufacturers running the whole business themselves
- Restaurant and cafe operators with an office manager drowning in admin
- Small teams where nobody is technical and nobody has time to become technical
What a setup day covers
A full day is one day on-site or remote, 9:15 to 4, setting up AI inside your business. You get:
- AI tools set up and configured for up to two people, on your own accounts, so everything keeps working after the day ends
- Training built around your actual workflows: your inbox, your spreadsheets, your ordering, not generic demos
- At least one real automation built and working before wrap
- A prioritized roadmap of what to automate next, in order of payoff
Why workflows, not tools
Generic AI training teaches features and evaporates in a week. This training starts from the tasks that eat your hours (the Monday reporting, the wholesale follow-ups, the price-list updates) and wires AI into each one. The measure of success is simple: which tasks stopped taking your time.
Proof, not promises
- Every automation pattern taught comes from systems running in production for real food businesses: booking agents, payout reporting, proposal generation, margin models
- Training delivered for teams from solo makers to multi-location operators

Common questions
- Do we need technical staff to benefit from AI training?
- No. The training is designed for non-technical teams: everything is set up on your accounts in plain tools you already use, and the automations that get built are documented so anyone on the team can run them.
- What AI tools do you set up?
- Whatever fits the workflows, set up on your own accounts so you own everything. Typically that means an AI assistant configured with your business context, plus automations connected to your email, spreadsheets, and point of sale.
- Is a half day available?
- Yes. For a half day, or to talk through what format fits, email hello@prattadvisory.com. Small makers may qualify for a reduced rate.
- What happens after the training day?
- You leave with working tools, one live automation, and a roadmap. Many teams run from there on their own; others come back for individual automation builds from the roadmap, priced flat per project.
- Can you train our whole team?
- A standard day covers up to two people deeply, which beats covering ten people shallowly. Larger teams are handled as multiple days or a phased rollout.
